Western Barbecue Burger is prepared by cooking meat patties or Tikki with onion rings and BBQ sauce. In western societies, this kind of burger uses beef or bacon, but you can replace it with quail, chicken or goat’s meat as well.
The buns have to be fresh and chicken patties, as well as onion slices, must be grilled properly on every side.
I usually prepare it on an outdoor grill, but if you have an indoor grill it can work too. Also, you must use very little oil. However, butter can work too.

Process To Make Western Barbecue Burger: –
At first, put the chicken, BBQ seasoning, smoked paprika, soy sauce and chilled water in a bowl and mix them thoroughly so that all of the ingredients mix very well.
Then divide the chicken into 4 equal portions and make evenly-sized patties or Tikki at least ½” thick.
In between sprinkle both sides of each Tikki with pepper, when its half done set them aside and repeat the procedure with other patties too.
After that season both sides of the onion slices with salt and pepper but remember not to break the onion slices by any means.
You need to brush some oil on each side of onion slices. Then start your grill and prepare for the cooking over a medium-hot fire.
Grill the onion slices for 1-2 minutes every side, then let it cool for some time.
Meanwhile, apply some oil on both sides of each bun. Then grill these buns for 1-3 minutes. At the same time, flip the burgers and cook for 3 more minutes.
After that move the buns to cool and top each bun with a slice of cheddar cheese slices and a grilled onion slice. Then transfer the buns over the direct heat.
Finally, assemble the burgers with BBQ sauce, cucumbers (optional) and serve with some French fries.
