- Mango – 1 large
- Banana – 2 (fresh or frozen)
- Spinach – 2 large handfuls
- Matcha Green Tea Powder – 2 large
- Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Step by Step Procedure for Matcha Green Tea Smoothie: –
- At first, you have to add the coconut milk to the jug of your blender. Then add matcha green tea powder and spinach. If possible, chop the spinach and then add it to the jug. Blend till you attain a smooth mixture.
- After that add mango pieces and bananas to the jug and blend again until you attain a creamy and smooth texture.
Do remember that if it is possible then do freeze the bananas for at least 12 hours. The banana pieces must be peeled, break into quarters and ready to use.
