When you’re frying don’t decrease the heat to low because the chicken coating will become soggy at the same time frying in very high heat will give you somewhat uncooked chicken which you wouldn’t want. Hence, maintain the heat to medium to high.
Ingredients
- Maida All-purpose flour – 4 teaspoons
- Cornflour – 2 teaspoons
- Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
- Eggs – 2
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala – 2 teaspoons
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice – 2 teaspoons
- Green chili – 2
- Hung Curd – 5 tablespoons
- Red food coloring – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – as needed
- Chicken without bones – 1 kilogram
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- First of all, take a bowl and whisk all the mentioned ingredients from all-purpose flour to salt. If the batter is too thick kindly add some water to it.
- After that add the properly cleaned chicken pieces to the batter and mix well. Then marinate it for more than 3 hours.
- After that, heat oil in a deep vessel and add the boneless chicken pieces one by one.
- Take the pieces out and dry on a paper towel and serve hot with lime wedges and onion rings.
