Barbecue chicken is my most favorite appetizer and there are several ways by which you can prepare it. I usually like to add sugar and barbecue sauce, but here in this recipe, I have used all the spices that are common in an Indian kitchen such as dry mango powder, chaat masala, garam masala, red chili powder, etc.
Barbecue chicken consists of chicken pieces or entire chicken that can be barbecued, grilled or smoked. There are many global and regional preparation techniques and cooking styles for marination. Barbecue chicken is often seasoned or coated in a spice rub, barbecue sauce, or both.

Process To Make Barbecue Chicken: –
At first, cut the chicken into small segments or make deep slashes in the big pieces.
After that add 2 eggs, chicken masala, black pepper powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, dry mango powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and hung curd. Then whisk this entire mixture properly.
After that mix the chicken pieces and this batter properly and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours at least for marination.
Preheat an outdoor barbecue grill using coal and place the grill in such a way that it gets air properly.
Moreover, take out chicken from the bowl after marination and place on skewers and grill. Cook them thoroughly on each side.
Turn the chicken pieces after 3 minutes and baste the butter on every side so that it can be cooked easily.
At last, transfer the cooked barbecue chicken on a plate, garnish with onions and serve with chutney and sauce.
