I usually like to add sugar and barbecue sauce, but here in this recipe, I have used all the spices that are common in an Indian kitchen such as dry mango powder, chaat masala, garam masala, red chili powder, etc.

Barbecue chicken consists of chicken pieces or entire chicken that can be barbecued, grilled or smoked. There are many global and regional preparation techniques and cooking styles for marination. Barbecue chicken is often seasoned or coated in a spice rub, barbecue sauce, or both.
