Aloo tikki is a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent, it is made out of boiled potatoes, peas, Bengal gram, and various curry spices. “Aloo” means potato, and the word “tikki” means a small cutlet, wedges or croquette in Hindi.
This is basically a famous street food in India, which is prepared using mashed potatoes, spices, and stuffing (optional). We prepare this cuisine by frying on hot oil and serve with curd and chutney.
